We offer three levels of our Quickbooks (both online and desktop versions) bookkeeping services
They depend upon the “accounting size” of your company, as measured by the number of accounting entries and/or bank transactions:

The Configuration/Setup column indicates a necessary service you will need to invest in when your accounting is not up to date and there is significant accounting configuration to be performed in Quickbooks. It includes an update of up to three months of past accounting, plus application configuration.
What is included in our bookkeeping service packages:
- Download and categorization of bank transactions
- Reconciliation of received payments vs. invoices
- Meetings for adjustments and clarifications
- Reconciliation of all business bank accounts and business credit cards
- Production of reports: Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Reconciliation
What is NOT included in our bookkeeping service packages, and will be priced separately:
- Inventory setup
- Payroll setup
- Issuing 1099s
- Accountant tax assistance
